CEO & Exec Compensation – What You Need to Know

CEO pay is certainly in the news.  Do those headlines matter to you and relate to your world?  But even if you're not a CEO, do you sell to senior executives or do they approve your sales?  Do you know how to think like a top executive – and communicate in their sphere?  Jack Byrne, Principal of Ascend Consulting, will take us inside the real world of executive pay practices to help you “think like a CEO”.  Or at least carry your own in the next executive conversation.  Jack will draw on his 20+ years as CEO/COO of NW companies and startups, as well as Ascend’s exec comp consulting practice.  You’ll learn what’s really behind the headlines, what matters to you, and how exec pay functions.
